5 Security Mistakes I Keep Seeing in East African SMEs
The same simple issues show up again and again — here’s how to fix them before you grow.
1. Shared admin logins with weak passwords
“Admin / admin123” is still common. Use unique logins per person, strong passwords and password managers, plus 2FA where available.
2. No tested backups
Backups that have never been restored are not real backups. Schedule automatic backups and test restores at least quarterly.
