Inside a 90-Day Digital Growth Plan for a Kampala Retail Brand
A real-world outline of how I structured content, ads and UX improvements to drive predictable revenue for a mid-sized retail brand — without increasing offline spend.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Audit & quick fixes
- Website and analytics audit (traffic sources, top pages, drop-off points).
- Basic UX fixes on mobile: clearer CTAs, simplified navigation, faster load times.
- Align on a single north-star metric (e.g. online sales or qualified leads).
Phase 2 (Weeks 3–6): Content & campaign engine
I built a simple publishing rhythm: 2–3 high-value posts per week across Instagram, TikTok and email — all driving to a focused landing page with a clear offer.
Phase 3 (Weeks 7–12): Scale what works
Once I saw which creatives and audiences converted best, I shifted more budget there and paused weak performers. I also added upsell flows and abandoned-cart reminders.
